I'd take a trip to Alaska with him. I hear there's a lot of accidents that happen up there.

You'd be a hero in jail.

I was at LSU when that happened. I don't remember anyone upset about the shooting.

I would be suspicion of any man that volunteered to work in the preschool. What happened to common sense? Seeing as it was at a megachurch, I doubt any members have the gift of discernment.

Damn, never saw the unedited version before. That was wild how calm it was

I haven't either, that was pretty nuts. I didn't expect him to keep twitching like that.

Well at least they ain’t covering it up but it’s time to do background checks on people.

Our church runs a background check on every volunteer in the building, and doesn't allow men in the nursery. Still, you can't catch every sick bastard out there, especially if they have no file.

I'm not a vengeful person. But I do believe in open season on pederasts.

I'm a good conservative. I would hope and pray for a resolution. And then spew hate on the world.

Gunning down the perpetrator is just going to make things worse for your child I would imagine.

No doubt. People always like to say they’re blow his brains out or beat him with a brick but the reality is that’s a really stupid decision. Now, you’re child is sexually abused without a father to help him/her overcome it. I understand rage but a calculated murder would be a very likely conviction.

I understand people saying that but the fact is that it’s a very rare reaction to a child’s abuse, hence the reason we’re still talking about Gary Planche 25 years later. You almost certainly wouldn’t kill him, but people can’t seem to realize that when the topic comes up.

Jody, I thought you died a couple years ago. Good to see you're doing well!

It will be 35 years in March.

PS- I just finished my book about the events of my childhood.

As a father I can understand why Mr. Plauche did what he did, although I'm not sure I'm capable of going through with it. I would think so and by looking at Jody's attacker I think I could. That sumbitch got what he deserved. I commend your dad for protecting you how he did.
