What would you do if gay man asked you to dance at a social event?

Friend's son was at a wedding, there was some dancing and a guy he knew who is gay asked him to dance. The son danced with the guy. It was not some groin grubbing slow dance.

i have red hair and it turns out gay dudes are a fan of that. so whenever i go out and a gay dude asks to dance i'll dance. if they wanna by me a drink, take a picture, gimme a blowie, etc.- yeah sure. i know its just all in good fun

Depends. How drunk am I, how much of my family is there, and how hard am I trying to get in one of the bridesmaid's drawers, and how good of friend is said sissy with said bridesmaid? There'd have to be some reallllll particular circumstances for me to do it.
