Go shopping for a dining room table any time this week and get back to me.

I buy dress shirts from thrift stores. I wear these when I go into chemical plants and refineries where they will get something on them by at least 3rd time worn. They will good new enough to wear that much before trash.

One thing I would never buy new is a tractor. It is easy to tell if it was taken care of and they last forever if you maintain them. You can save a ton buying used.

We moved from Naples back to Virginia with almost no furniture and furnished the whole house via Facebook Marketplace at a fraction of the price of new. Really good deals there if you are patient.

Agree but that can be a rough game as you could go a long time without furniture.

It was fun. We focused on our greater needs at first (like a table and chairs for the kitchen eating area) and lesser needs like a formal dining table later. We spent much less than we would have at a furniture store.

I bought a 2018 camry le brand new for $23.5 at .9%.

You saying I'm an idiot? Carollas are now 23.5...

I've got a paid off car with 78k miles..

Just depends on your priorities, baw.

You could've spent like $10k on like a 2012 Camry at that time and pocketed the rest.

I've never had a new car or car payment in my life though so that's what I'm used to.

The real issue is loading and unloading them. I don’t own a truck so even if I find a good deal, usually someone snaps it up
