Australian/NZ accent. South African sounds almost Dutch

how much are you willing to risk that being accosted at sea unarmed might be the end of your life? I wasn’t making a funny line, made many trips to the Bahamas when I lived in Fl, never had any issues with the officials there when we arrived in port, made a radio call, met with the guy, showed passports and gave him a little gratuity and all was good, only time any of them came on the boat was if we offered some food, of our fishing buddies was one of the best chefs on the east coast
