If the pole was in the front of your house or the property line, it isn’t yours. It’s in a servitude and they can put it back in the same spot if they choose. They can also charge you for the repairs. Good luck.

i'm still confused on what kinda pole he couldve ripped out with his truck

don't think it could be a 5G pole because they don't have wires. surely he didn't pull out an electrical pole

I can't build within 6 feet of my back fence because of an ATT easement. They have a box in each corner of my yard. (Like above)
