What would the OT do? - Trashy new neighbors

For the past 8 years the guy renting a house across the street was cordial, clean, had a job, and never made a peep. Fast forward to recently when he moved out after buying his own home and the new neighbors moved into the house.
These people are young, drive trashy, half-destroyed vehicles, leave trash all over their yard, and have "visitors" at literally all hours of the night. Each "visitor" is carrying backpacks, laundry bags, or laundry baskets with blankets draped over them into the house. They're there for just a few minutes and then leave shortly after. Sometimes they have backpacks in their hands while walking out and sometimes they don't.
My suspicion is that they're dealing drugs in the house. Nobody does that much laundry and only between the hours of 12:00am-4:00am.
The week they moved in, one of the guys and a friend or acquaintance of some kind got into a physical altercation in the driveway in the middle of the day that I witnessed through the window while eating lunch. Other than that, though, they've been very quiet and to themselves.
I've spoken to their landlord about this and he was very understanding and basically in so many words or less told me he regrets letting them rent the house but explained that his options are very limited now that they are there. Unless they don't pay rent, he can't really do much.
All the other neighbors are pissed that the landlord rented to them because now our quaint little family-oriented area is stained by these shitheads. Do I submit an anonymous tip to the sheriff's office letting them know I suspect drug trafficking at the property, thus putting myself at risk (because let's be honest, it won't really be anonymous) or do I just let it be as long as they don't bother me or my family? My thoughts are that if there's confirmed drug activity there, then the landlord will then have his legal reason to evict them but the last thing I want to do is interfere with some drug operation and piss off these assholes. After all, I'm sure it won't be long before these losers are evicted over not paying rent.
What would the OT do here?
Just to get the following out of the way, here we go:
Don't live in a trashy area.
Just hook up your trailer and move it somewhere else.
Trashy people live near other trashy people
Did I miss any?

They're white. But they do occasionally have some "visitors" who will remain undescribed

Depends... are they Team Christen or Team Galina?

Nothing you can do unless they are breaking the law.
Move along

Find out if they’re pushing weed or coke and then set up an agreed upon weekly allowance for my silence

Gather all your neighbors together and ride! That seems to be consensus on how to solve disputes around here lately.

If you can't beat em', join em'.
Or become so trashy yourself that they decide to move to get away from you.

Yeah, it is hard to beat trashy. They are survivors. Sometimes, you've just gotta join em.
