At least 10 miles of >= 1000’ of elevation change hikes, minimum 3 days a week. I want to work my way up to mountain marathons.

To eat better and workout more.
I successfully quit fried foods for a good bit. Then i slipped up late in the year. I cut way down on my soft drinks.
I hurt my back working out. I didnt set any specific weight goals but i got stronger across the board, then i hurt my back and became weak AF. Next year's goal will be to rebuild that strength and not hurt my back again.
