In the mid nineties it was just $2.99 for sandwich and zapps. I think they'd give you a deal on the drink as an add-on but it didn't always come with it. It was something odd like $.39 or something for the fountain drink. Today was $7.50 for sammich, zapps, & 20oz fountain drink.

I think $3.99 sandwich only circa 1992. It wasn’t a required combo then. That was back when the Lebanese guy ran it.
Sandwiches are still legit but my favorite, the hot sausage poboy, has turned to shite with some type of synthetic rubber casing that is like eating a rubber band. RIP.
