Don’t say this its not your business. Its everyone’s business. You wear the mask to keep your possible infections to yourself. So when people don’t wear a mask its a big F U to everyone else

Most vitamins and supplements are not needed, and even if you need them the vast majority of them are crap. Like not even having any of what they claim to have on the label to the other extreme of having extreme amounts in them that are harmful to your health. The health claims are crap too. Just eat a balanced diet is what 99% of the population needs to get all of the vitamins they need.

Lol. I've been trying to put my finger on whom Rhonda favors. Nailed it.
Anyway, I started taking zinc a few years ago when I read about a correlation between zinc deficiency and Alzheimer's. We should be getting minerals from food but our soil is so shitty these days we don't.
I try to get vitamin D naturally. I basically walk around nude in the summer. But still take D3.
That's about it besides curcumin and fish oil. Electrolytes when I'm running and/or in ketosis.

I take a powdered c mixed with water, d3, zinc, a multivitamin, and 200mgs of plaquenil.
