What Traits Does Someone Need In Order For You To Consider Them Attractive?

This is inspired by the Aaron Rodgers thread. Some people does not think his girlfriend is attractive. Do you have a set of traits that must be met in order for someone to be attractive or do you think attractiveness can come from a wide range of different traits?

Obviously need to be attracted to her physically but a sense of humor, common sense, motivation to be successful in what they do, and the ability to hold a meaningful conversation trumps all.
