If you're saying this because of the speeding tickets, I think it's gotten better.

I know +/-40 people from there. Exactly 2 are what I consider good people, the rest are uppity pricks

Vinton, La. it exists solely to hand out speeding tickets on an otherwise open and empty stretch of I-10.

Just went to Chicago for the 1st time. Awesome time and a nice city. But, they can go frick themselves with not having street signs at all intersections so you know where you're at.
One of my all time pet peeves.

That's been going on there for decades. We lived in Bartlett, TN 1976-1985 and Dad would drive to the W. Memphis refinery every day for work. Once he'd exit the interstate it was all old falling apart shotgun shacks with Cadillac's and Harley's worth more than the houses all the way to the office.
I stopped once for a cold coke when went to visit him at work. Convenience store had some young guy outside cussing everybody that passed by, and everybody who stopped, both.

So, so many small towns I hate that aren't worth mentioning.
For bigger ones: Nashville. I don't necessarily "hate it", but it just is completely unworthy of the admiration it gets on this board.

Alexandria. This town has all the ability to be a great little town, but it's contentment with it's mediocrity keeps it as a town most would rather just drive through or around rather than visit. From it's inefficient city government to crappy roads, it's just a town listing hard to port in a sea of "meh".

I don't think there's a city or town that I "hate" but there are plenty that I would be happy to not have to return to.
But if I had to pick, I'd have to say Shreveport. I've never seen much of anything good in the many times I've traveled there, yet somehow the people from there defend it with vigor.
