What to drink when you fire an entire department and outsource overseas?

frick 'em. Worthless freelancers that can't accomplish a single task on deadline and expect to be paid multiples more an hour than what they work at their crummy jobs.

I warned them that I would outsource to Asia if they didn't pick it up. I save money, using a vendor based in Dallas that has the capacity for the coming growth I expect, and they saw the same efficiencies I did in using trained workers in the Philippines that can do exactly what workers in the States can do for pennies on the dollar. This is why they'll stay crappy employees at crappy paying companies and be pawns in the capitalist cycle.

Anyone that has work that can be done digitally should be looking to SE Asia. It's a good choice for your bottom line.
