We got 2 months or so until that becomes noticeable.

Go knock on the door and talk to your neighbor. Maybe something is going on and you might be able to assist. Don't be a dick about it, but see what's up. They might be happy to have someone over.

I wouldn't so anything. If he's alive you'll look like an idiot and if he's dead, well you're too late to make a difference.

Maybe its a repo and the bank using Santa to throw vandals off...

Unplug Santa then vandals come and say bye bye to property value.

Bust a couple of caps in Santas arse. That will take the wind out his sails.

Will do. I'm going to survey the house a few more days. Like I said I don't pass it every day, it's in my neighborhood but not directly accross the street or anything.

If it were a wreath, whatever, but who runs an inflatable on 2/15 and has seemingly done so since Christmas?

Is there an HOA? If so, I am surprise that nothing has been said.

Not springlake. I'd rather not say, it will come out when they find body.

The HOA is being established, but it's managed by this company now bc they needed X amount of lots filled first. Maybe I'll call them, I just don't line them.

It is his business...ever heard of property value.

Unless the OP is actively trying to sell his property this isn't really important.
