Right when you walk over. There are whores on the right and whores on the left.
If nobody is looking, go to the right and ignore the Adam's Apples. You're welcome.

Love the area, no joke. Bit economically depressed but it's on a slow path in the right direction. El Paso is safe, Juarez isn't terrible at all anymore. You're fine; this isn't Sicario.

Take 90 minutes and do the El Paso architecture walking tour. Can download the app on your phone.EP might be the most architecturally interesting mid-size city in the country. FACT. Art Deco, pueblo revival, Chicago commercial, etc...

Take a day and go out to Hueco Tanks

Eat some badass messican food

Walk over to Juarez and grab a taco and a couple beers. Will impress your friends back home who think that's the same as roller blading through downtown Aleppo

Shame you're not there a couple more days or I'd suggest going out to Big Bend. God's country over there baw

get shot then die

get kidnapped then die

run for your life then die

kill the guy who's trying to kill you, get away with it for 10 years then die when you least expect it

I remember seeing the baseball facility when I was at Bliss for pre-deployment back in 2010 and I thought it stuck out like a sore thumb. Looked like a really nice park for a minor league team. Not sure if this is the same park or team as that was 7 years ago.

the irony of this thread is that baton rouge LA is ranked 26th per capa in the world in murders per 100,000 whereas Jurez is ranked 33rd

baton rouge is more dangerous than this city and you are bitching about getting your head cut off lol just go outside you can do that at home

san paulo saula is the murder capital of the world with 187 murders per 100,000

I recently had El Paso added to my work territory and took my first trip there in march.

I really was impressed with the city. It's a very pretty area

The UTEP area is nice. I stayed over on the north side by a very nice area called the Fountains. Every restaurant you can think of plus some high end shopping.

Also saw on the food network this place called Chicos Tacos that looked awesome. It's in an old historical part of downtown that looked really neat

Cool city. Not saying I would move there, but everyone was super nice and there was plenty to do. It's also one of the top 10 safest cities in the US.

FYI, Las Cruses is only 40 minutes away and has some really cool things as well.

When did the AAA team change from the diablos to the Chihuahas? My dad was stationed at Alamogordo AFB and we'd go to diablo games.
