Get your emergency fund filled up. Put in money market account or similar. It takes worry right off the table.

Hope all goes well and vehicle lasts reliably 250k miles!

How does your expiring warranty influence what you do now? If the vehicle needs something fix it , if not leave it alone.
Having said that consider getting new plugs and wires if you plan on keeping the vehicle a while.

If it has a timing belt, have that mudda fricker changed. While they’re in there have them put a new water pump in it and make damned sure they change. the timing belt tensioner and pulley and the idler pulley. Most of the cost is labor to change the timing belt so since they’re in there get them to do those other things too.
