Mine varies depending on my work schedule.
When working nights I go to bed at 8:30 am and wake up at 2:30-3:30 pm if I'm back to work that night....12-1 pm if I'm not back to work that night.
I'm off 4 days a week so go to bed and wake up whenever I want on my days off.

Work nights I'll go to bed around 10 unless there is a Sunday or Monday night football game on. Wake up for 6.
Weekends are different depending on what I'm doing obviously. I'm usually out of bed for 8 or 9 unless I'm really hungover.

Have to do a morning report for work everyday including weekends. Usually get woken up 2-3 times a night with phone calls from work. Sometimes get lucky and no calls

One semester left of college...because of the workload it's hard to maintain any kind of sleep schedule. Most nights I'd go to bed between 12-2, and if I have workouts the next morning I'm up at 5, if not I'll sleep til 7:30-8.
