M-F try to be in bed for 9. Sometimes earlier.
Wake at 6am.
Weekends-----depends on kids. Usually go to be around 10, wake up around 7.
I could literally sleep forever and still be tired.

Wake up- M-F 6 - 6:30 am (depends on if I have an early meeting or not)
Bed-M-F 10:00 (but I'll lay there and watch TV until 11 or 11:30 sometimes)
Weekends depending on when kids get up I sleep till 8am - 9am and go to bed usually around 12 - 1 AM.

I work nights so I usually go to sleep around midnight or 12:30 and wake up at 9:30 or 10. I don't go into work till around noon most days

Wake up MF - 6:45
Bed - 10:30 MF
Weekends - bed whenever I feel like it which is usually around 11:30 or midnight

Wake up almost every day around 3 am to feed my 4 month old and get back to sleep as soon as he does

I sleep all day and stay up all night on my computer and have done so since retirement.
I never leave the house during the winter months, and usually never leave in spring or summer except to go fishing.

I'm up by 4:45 every morning no matter what time i go to bed, I'm constantly tired and can never sleep in.
