Assuming you eat 3 main meals a day, I've always been curious on how normal me and my family are

For me

Breakfast- 6am
Lunch- 1pm
Dinner-6:30 pm

I'm a creature of habit. If I'm hungry I will find things to do until 1 or 6:30. Weird I know

Of course eating out is different and I mix some snacks in there. I prefer late lunches to shorten the window between lunch and dinner

Breakfast - 7:45 post gym or at my desk.
Lunch - eat out almost every day for my job, but usually try to sit at the table by 11:45 to beat the rush.
Dinner - somewhere around 7:30. Unless I'm at a restaurant with clients, this is usually a small meal. If at a restaurant by myself, usually some kind of seared tuna appetizer.

I'll eat anytime I'm hungry. Could care less about the time. I work nights though so my schedule is all kinds of screwy.

While I'm working breakfast is a smoothie at around 4PM. Lunch at 10:30. And then a snack around 3 am.

Most structured eating habbits I have

Each day, I measure out my food according whatever I'm eating.

I eat about every 2.5 hours.

The thing about doing this though is that when the next 2.5 hours rolls around, I am absolutely staving
