Sleep is king. America really undervalues sleep and our health reflects it.

Sleep has evaded me most of my life. I usually wake up 3-4 hours after falling asleep and I'm up for the duration. Went to sleep at 10:00 last night and have been awake since 1:15am. That happens more often than not unless i take prescription sleeping pills.

Taking night classes and working once/twice a week (currently) has my sleep schedule wacky.
On normal days (no work)
I usually wake up around 11 am. Classes 4-8 pm sleep around 3-4 am. Repeat.
Work usually has me up at 7 am
Get there around 8
Get off at 3:00 and go to school from 4-8. Get home, do some cleaning or whatever around the apartment. And by the time I'm done with my very minimal homework and studying... It's around 11 pm. So I'll take it easy. Have a beer or two and play xbox. Then go to bed to wake up either at 8 am or noon

Some people don't need much sleep. I am one of them also. I don't sleep longer than 5 hours ever

Mine varies depending on my work schedule.

On my days off I actually like waking up fairly early though.

5:30

Work from home, wife and kids get up at 5:30 so I do too. Take them to school and then the gym. Checking email on treadmill and home by 9, shower and shorts and t shirt all day.
