The drag queens aren't seeking out the library storytimes, these are a partnership between the librarians and the drag queens.
Ehhhhhh.... I don't think a bunch of librarians stood up and said "We need Dragh Queen Story Hours!" I mean if they did, why aren't there also "Fireman Story Hours," or "Entrepreneur story hours!"?

They do this to show you shouldn't be afraid of something that is different
The problem people have with trans people has nothing to do with fear.

that you can learn from those that look, act, think, feel differently than you.
They learn from a wide variety of adults every single day in school, fat, tall, black, white, asian, man, woman, etc. How is this different? And at this point they are also learning from homosexuals who are quite proud of it, and make sure that kids in the classroom know it.
At what point does "difference" cease to be an issue? Or how many specific types of individuals do children need to be exposed to so that they know they can "learn from those who are different," per your point?
How many other different groups should require this access?

Literally the entire point of normalizing something is to make sure that shame is reduced that society is more open to it, and that the intention is that "more people feel free to do it."
Better said, they are actively creating the environment and encouraging the continued practice of it. AKA Grooming.
They are doing exactly what you say they aren't. It's literally the point.

So if I contact the local library and propose a Library Gun Story Hour during which we read some book about a brave teen saving his family from an armed attack and I show them my AR-15 and we discuss gun safety for a few minutes, how down do you think they would be with that idea to show that you shouldn't be afraid of something that is different and that you can learn from those that look, act, think, feel differently?
Or read a book about how science tells us that a human being is formed at conception and that abortion kills that human being?
You're so FOS, and you have to know it.

Umm firearm safety and training in "Sportsman's Paradise", hell yes they would be into that, especially if you are actually a firearms instructor because you would be FROM THAT COMMUNITY AND SPEAKING FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE. See how that can be an important when considering these type of things?

And do you know why you would be allowed to read from the book and talk about this fact? I think you do, because it's the same reason why the drag queens can.
You just don't like what they are teaching so you think everyone should be sheltered from something you disapprove of.
Also, you could just, you know, go ask a librarian.

Indoctrinate our kids and force them to accept that aberrant, depraved behavior as normal. No other reason for it. None. And anyone who says otherwise is just as depraved as they are.

Democrat males are pussies, and not capable of being fathers. The only way the Democrat party can keep adding members is recruit children.
Hopefully these kids yall are lying to take up arms and hunt yall down someday

All under the guise of "validating" their retarded child sexual fantasies.

I'd bet you a thousand bucks that guy was molested as a kid, and has CP on his hard drive.

There is a reason a lot of pedos were attracted to roles like the priesthood and Scouts. It’s because those roles provide ample access to children. Same thing here. The pedos will always seek ways to gain access to kids.

Public schools seem to be the Pedo hot spot right now.

EBRL literally has free financial literacy classes, and I bet if you wanted to organize an event where first responders read stories of their bravery to kids, the library would support you. It's kind of their thing, supporting education the education of all people, not just people who think like they do. Does your local library offer Drag Story Time? If so, go ask them. They are the ones deciding programming, not the baws of the OT. Are you afraid of the answer making you feel uncomfortable or bad about yourself?
quote:
The problem people have with trans people has nothing to do with fear.
We might have common ground here, as I'm assuming your issue is with people pushing others to be trans or something along those lines? Is that correct? Because I feel similarly to people pushing their religion on others just because they think they're right.
quote:
At what point does "difference" cease to be an issue?
It will never not be an issue, which is why it is still an issue today. People have been intolerant of others since pretty much the dawn of civilizations. That's why we, as a society, need to continually teach the youth about how to accept something that is different to our preferences.

I agree with everything you say, except the last part. How can you know what their intention is? And you seem smart enough to realize the intention of one does not represent the intention of all.

It's frankly ridiculous. I have zero issue with drag shows, been to a couple, but on zero fricking planet are they meant for kids.

Meh... it's a new buzz word, so to speak. Much like "Mandela affect". People do something for years and years.... and then somebody gives it a name and then some people use it thinking it makes them sound smarter than everyone else.
Normal people: We are moving the conversation forward or We are advancing the conversation
Really smart people: Muh Overton window

I think you had a lot of people understand the concept and discuss it without knowing the actual verbiage.

You should probably ask a member of the Pedo-Groomer party.
