Why the hell would they design an incompatibility with normal, affordable tires in a vehicle whose sole purpose is to be an affordable, practical family hauler?

Depaxing is quite common and multiple Honda dealers sell tire and wheel packages for this purpose. I disagree you would void your warranty by depaxing unless it could be proven the fault was related to the non-pax wheels/tires.

There were a few years (2005-2007 I believe) where a Touring Odyssey was available only with PAX. Since then it has been an option in the Touring and above.

I owned a T&C in 2000 and loved it. The wife hated it. Most practical vehicle that drove great in all types of weather. We replaced with a fully loaded Suburban LTZ in 2006. Big mistake.

They no longer make the T&C... Maybe the Caravans by Dodge. I have friends and relatives that think the Honda MV is the bomb. I would lean towards the Honda but damn I liked that T&C.

They are awesome. My Sienna rides like a caddy and there is storage space for days. Even the third row seats recline. They have come a long way since our 80's Chevy Astrovan.

Minivans are the Coach O of vehicles. You're essentially admitting you're giving up while trying to convince everyone it's a good thing.
