I have a 48 inch tv in bedroom now but want bigger to watch movies. Wife thinks nobody has a large tv in bedroom. What say you? Settle the argument.

IB4, no pics of wife
IB4, size of penis = tv
IB4, my wife wants the BBC.

The bedroom is for two things.

Watching TV is not one of them.

I just got a 75 in my LR. Moved the 65 from LR to MBR. Moved 50 from MBR to Office.

TL;DR: 65”

Depends on the size of the room & your distance from the TV. Ours is 55, and doesn’t feel all that big.

We have a 55 inch in ours. I upgraded the living room TV last year and moved the old one to the bedroom.

Meh. Our bed is more comfortable for watching movies.

Or whatever else she watches. She likes chick shows on Netflix that I don't care for. She's nice enough to go watch them in the bedroom.

48” is big for a bedroom TV as it is. How much time do you spend in the bedroom?

That's what the home theater is for. TV in the living room is for convenience and casual viewing. In the bedroom, I'm fine with my Galaxy Tab S4 tablet and its sweet OLED screen, black crush ameliorated with Screen Balance. I used to even have an AVR and bookshelf speakers in the bedroom, but I replaced all that with a Bose Soundlink Revolve Bluetooth speaker. Bedrooms are nicer without a bunch of bulky electronics.
