What should I say to my white brother-in-law that thinks he’s black?

Kid is a 21 year old Jr. at the UNIVERSITY OF MAINE and thinks he’s hood.
We’re talking about a white/Jewish upper-middle class kid who grew up in a nice house in the middle of Massachusetts. Dad is Ivy League educated and mom has a masters. This kid has never wanted for anything a day in his life. He does nothing but blast rap music, sag his pants, and say things like “the game”, “fam”, “lit”, “hyped”, etc.
His favorite sports teams are the Atlanta Hawks and the Philadelphia Eagles because they are ‘black’ teams (his words). I came downstairs the other morning to him listening to a podcast of up-and-coming Black DJs and what’s going on with disses in the game right now.
I seriously don’t know what to do with this kid. I’ve tried talking to him. Tried explaining, both politely and impolitely, that he’s not black and needs to chill TF out. I’ve all but given up trying to help this kid. Does nothing but smoke weed and watch anime. It’s honestly pretty laughable at this point.
