My family had lots of cool cats growing up. I got one for my daughter and it’s the most annoying animal I’ve ever been around.

When it’s hungry (4AM usually), she runs across my bed to wake me up. Then she meows, howls, and makes gremlin noises until I feed her.

I tried making her an outside cat but she stayed by the door howling to go back in.

1. Cats are for betas
2. Fur all over your house, an open latrine in your house, and ruined furniture
3. Outdoor cats are wasteful predators and are horrible for the ecosystem

I love my cat. I never thought of myself as a cat person, but this guy is wonderful. He is a total little shite but he is so loving and affectionate and is extremely entertaining. Has taught me a lot about accepting I cant always control things and need to let go of trying to have things always so organized, and that it is fine. If he wants to jump all over and knock shite off counters, its not a big deal.

Its really funny when he grooms himself and smells/licks his dick/balls and then stares at you with his mouth open for 10 seconds like paralyzed from the smell.

Totally depends on the individual cat. Some are alright. Some are assholes. Better than a little shite yip-yip dog but no where near as good as an actual dog (medium to large size)

Cats are great. Keep themselves clean, usually quiet, can be entertaining. Just don't have one in your lap when shite goes down.

CATS
- Sleep +/- 18 hrs a day
- Love surprise attacks on their owners
- Have an arrogance like no other animal
- Have zero loyalty to owners
- Will leave their owners "gifts" on the door step, decapitated birds/squirrels/lizards/legless frogs/headless rabbits

Mine fetches also or we play bass froggy.
Bass froggy I take the hook out of a Plastic bass frog and throw it around on a rod. He chases it and if he sees the dog or my other cat he runs with the froggy in his mouth to hide it.

Now when they get older they sleep a lot more and are active early in the morning or in the evening.

Basically they mimic hunting in the early morning or evening.
They hunt or play to mimic killing their prey.
They eat.
Then they go to sleep.

Cats is communist.

Actually cats are usually pretty clean. They rid your yard of annoying creatures like rodents, scorpions, small snakes, etc,. You won't have many birds shitting in your yard when cats are around.

It's cool to bury them with their heads above ground, and run over them with a lawn mower.

We have a pair of Maine Coons. Cool as hell... Follow you around outside like dogs. Never had problems scratching up furniture. Trained them early on large scratching post.

So is the smell of wet dog and dog in general. People whine about knowing someone has a cat when they go to someone’s house. I can smell dog.

Dog farts are also foul. Dog slobber is foul.

People who let their dogs sleep with them are foul.
