Insure it for whatever it is worth then burn it down

If you're willing to spend $30k on remodeling a shitty mobile home that'll be of zero use to you once you build a house on the property, then why not spend that $30k on a nice RV and just live in that on the property. Then at least you can keep the RV long term after the house is built and use it to travel or go camping.

If it's weatherproof use it for storage/workshop until the house is built. Then when you can afford it, haul it off and build a new shop there. Otherwise get rid of it.

I'd say garage or man cave? Maybe like a floor level version of a treehouse?
You should be able to outfit it with the bare minimum to make it adequate for something like that.

Get some tannerite and a gallon of gas. Blow it up. Be sure to film it for our enjoyment.

There is no telling what kind of toxins are in that trailer.

There's a dude in Austin that might be able to help with the demolition of it.

I wouldn't put much money into it. You could probably still sell it, it might be cheaper for someone to buy it and then fix it up than it would be for them to buy a new one. Depending on the asking price, you might have people who might want it for a camp or some other use.
Sell it bro.

There's absolutely no way its going to cost you $30k to work on a mobile home, just no way. If its truly in that bad of shape, as said you'd be much better off finding another to buy.
If it needs $30k in work, its worth absolutely nothing honestly. Because there are a shite ton of absolutely run down trailers around for $5-10k that you could spend $10k on and be perfectly fine to live in.

Find a lot to put it on, dump 10-20k into renovation, rent it out for 7-800/month. Even with a lot note you would make at least 30% a year on it

Burn it. Then get a welding torch. Cut the frame small enough to bury the trash in a deep whole. Will need a backhoe to dig. Very expensive to move.

The Fonz gave good advice. First offer it to your local (probably volunteer) fire department, and if they are all trained up, ask them to recommend a nearby department.
They'll remember you kindly (never a bad thing) and there's so much less to rake up.
Do keep track of where the septic lines go to the tank, etc.

With the money youll spend repairing it you could just bring in a brand new traier and sell it in a few years.

Just offered it to the fire department. Waiting for a response. Estimate came in too high to even think about doing it. If they don’t burn it I’ll dismantle and haul to a scrap yard.

That was my intention after living in it for a couple years but it’s going to cost more than 10-20k to fix unless I do everything myself. No walls left. Just studs. Might make someone a good hunting camp.

Just live in it as is, it will be fine!
