Utah is being infiltrated. Along with Montana and Idaho.

Wyoming might be your answer

Water issues.

The SW is mostly unsustainable unless you live in a small town near water and forest.

In this thread, people list small cities with homogenous, white populations.

I thought Chattanooga used to be a ghetto. At least i thought it was back in the 80s and 90s.

It was, then a large chunk of it was gentrified.

Still has its shithole areas, but that comes with any city.

What's traffic like in those places? They looked pretty rough during rush hour when I drove across the country, but that wasn't necessarily a representative sample.

Utah is a state, not a metro area.

Rework your thread and come back stronger. We believe in you.

i strongly disagree with these. They're fine now but will be a shithole in the not so distant future.

Dallas city politics aren't far off from a California city. Houston could be the same for all I know, but I've spent very little time there.

Knoxville is fine except UT gamedays.

Chatt gets bottlenecked on 24 parallel to the river almost every single day.

Not Houston. Leadership of the city and county sucks.

Most big cities in the south were in the 80's and parts of the 90's. White flight was a real thing. Most of them have since been gentrified and become destination spots, and desirable places to live.

Chattanooga was so shitty when I was there in the late 90s. It is so nice now. It has a great vibe.
