When it's like that in the construction zone and nowhere else, then yeah, it's the fault of the construction zone, especially when it's gotten worse over time.
Finish it already! Or don't. Doesn't really matter to me any longer because it's been so many trips and so much time that I just won't go near the city any longer. So, Dallas loses money now. I'm not the only one that has or will deliberately steer around the city, no matter what it costs in mileage and fuel. But hey, you guys really seem to know what you're doing. I mean, 10-15 years of perpetual construction, you must have it all figured out.
