Pre-2007?
Cha Cha slide, Get It Ready, Bunny Hop, Back that 'Thang' Up by Juvenile, Walk it Out and Two Step by DJ Unk
Was Soulja Boy pre 2007? I remember Crank Dat was a big song at my high school dances. If not then I think it debuted in 2007.

That Lil John "windows to the wall" song. No early to mid 2000s high school dance was complete until it had played at least 5 times.

yep Get Low - Lil John and the East Side boys, often remixed with Yeah by Usher with Lil John and Ludacris.

Late 80's in middle school, mainly rock songs with uncoordinated white boy dancing. Maybe Beastie Boys "Fight for your Right" or Run DMC "Walk this way" or "It's tricky" as far as rap/hip hop. Slow dancing to ballads from Bon Jovi, Cinderalla, and GNR with tent pitched.
A few group dances like "The Freeze", and of course the "Cotton Eyed Joe", with the quasi-rebellous yelling of "bullshite".
