I tried harrys razors for my last round of shaving just to try it. I still have 3 razors left and they might as well go in the trash because i switched back to Gillette.

Edwin Jagger DE 89. I alternate Astra Platinum and Dorco blades for everyday shaving. I have used Feather, but they're not good on my face. I will on occasion use a Kai blade, they're reputed to be the sharpest out there.

Maybe it's because I'm not a daily shaver, but Feather blades tear my neck up. Long handled Merkur safety razor with Astra blades is my razor of choice. The $30 up front cost is easily made up as I've spent probably $20 on blades in the past 10 years.

For a while, I was "half in" regarding wet shaving, owning only the safety razor, (Merkur 34C), while using regular Gilette shaving cream, but recently, I broke down, and bought a synthetic brush, Proraso Refreshing (green) shaving soap, and Pinaud Clubman aftershave. It brings it to another level. I ended up buying a puck of Tabac Soap very soon after. I'm all in on the wet shaving craze.

Changed from Gillette to Harry’s but back to Gillette. Harry’s didn’t have durability. They lasted 2-3 weeks and were useless. And I don’t have a tough beard or a lot of facial hair
