Great thread but anytime this comes up all I can think about is the press conf during Katrina when he wore the bike police uniform.
All the Police Commanders were there in their dress uniforms, all the BR government people were in suits and dresses, National Tv audience and Kip rolls in wearing a BRPD baseball cap, BRPD polo shirt, shorts and tennis shoes. The Chief looked uncomfortable as hell because Kip looked like one of his low level officers but was running the show.
