I tried to watch this parade and it was damn tough to do since they really don't show the parade. Too much damn talking about nothing. Can't they shut up and just show the high school bands and the balloons ?

They have to talk a lot because, aside from some of the bands and other entertainment, the parade is boring for the most part. The same goes for the Rose Bowl parade.

Just saw a weird Microsoft ad during the parade, people are describing the holidays to a girl who is inputting key words into Microsoft AI and making pictures that represent the holidays to then. They had some guy who is clearly troubled who kept saying I’m not a holidays person and even said “I hate the holidays but I love this picture representation!” Just a weird person and quote to have in a Christmas commercial

I would rather watch floats and balloons all day than stupid lip-synced singing and dancing. Thankfully the CBS broadcast gives you just that. frick a show tune on Thanksgiving.

The parade is just one giant commercial for different shite. Been that way for over 30 years.
