Solid choice. I just posted a G Harvey as well My in-laws have a bunch of them and I always love looking at them. They even have an original that is incredible.
I have a low numbered print of that one and the low numbered print of ranch horses which Buck signed personally. I have a few more G Harvey's as well.

The Coronation of Napoleon - it is the highest order of badass to become Emperor of a Continent through conquest, but this guy then had the audacity to tell the Pope "sit down because I can coronate myself".

I don't know if I can declare a favorite. I've always really enjoyed surrealism, especially Dali and Magritte.
ANd I really love Renoir's Luncheon of the Boating Party.
Also, not a "painting" but I love The Great Wave off Kanagawa.

Tough question. Depends on artist, medium and style. That said I will go with The Night Watch, Rembrandt. Picasso, Dali or Van Gogh are favorite artist. The GOAT may have been Michelangelo. Monet too.
