Rapped around the toilet 3 times.

Seriously, I have wasted more money than I can recall.

College was a lot of wasted time money and opportunity.

I bought several gym memberships that I literally never used.

I had high hopes for snow skiing season passes for the family, dropped several thousand on those, to no avail.

What was your biggest waste?

Insurance, all types.

Add up all premiums you've paid in your lifetime vs benefits used or claims paid.

Financially, college. Went to school and got a 4 year degree that I won’t use. Looking back I would have been better off going to a tech school and learning a trade. Wasn’t a waste of time though. Got to do a lot of awesome things in college.

Other than that, I’m pretty frugal with my money. I save and invest a pretty big portion of my income. I guess I spend a bit too much on alcohol when I go out.

Oh geez...where do I begin?

Emu farms. Amway. Sending that money to Robert Tilton. Buying land on the Moon. Betting on that racehorse named "Tripod." Buying that rental property at Three Mile Island. Timeshare in Prichard, Alabama. Self-publishing a book. Paying income tax. That's some of the things.

I once went to popeyes and bought the components of a $5 box individually instead of just buying the $5 box

All the money I spent on video arcade games while at LSU especially Galaga, Asteroids, Donkey Kong and Centipede. If I would have invested that money back then.......

Not true for me. Claims paid have far exceeded premiums.

Heavy drinking spells in my early 20's that resulted in wasted time, opportunities, and flat out- memories.

Impulse buys in my early 20s.

Honda 420 rancher-$6,000
19’ triton bass boat-$19,000
Alcohol-???

Now, while I had a great time with each item, I’m left with nothing to show and a mortgage to pay. Wish I would have stashed that cash.

the time and money spent chasing (and sometimes getting) pussy. Looking back it aint worth it. I'd be rich if i were castrated at age 12.

I used to do Mint.com to see where I was spending my money.

Stopped looking at it when I was like 27 because half my money was spent at the bar or restaurants.

fricking depressing.

All the time I spent actually reading Oweo posts.

Least wasteful would definitely be the TD Premium membership.
