Haven't tried the baby version. This one tastes like a type of strawberry cookie I ate many many years ago.
Don't know what kind of cookie it was, but it left a lasting impression.

Yep. My mom kept a bottle. Anytime we had a stomach bug we got a spoonful and it would kill it. I grew up in the 80's so paregoric was still in some households.
I still remember the taste. It was sweet.

I don't know if they still give this stuff out but who remembers the pink stuff the Dr gave you when you were little? I was maybe 4 or 5 and all the kids got this stuff at one point or another, I don't even remember what is was for but everybody loved it.
