What is White Privilege

Since the shooting, pretty much everyone on my FB timeline who is of color has gone out their way to let their white friends know to check their privilege.
I am not going to obtuse and act like there is not different treatment when it comes to white vs color so, my question is this:
I am a 30 yr old white male. Successful in my own regards. I worked through college and fought to gain a career in which I am rewarded significantly for. When did hard work, aspiration, and determination become a privilege?

It's nothing.
Nobody chose to be black or white. Nobody chose to be born in a certain family. It's a lame arse excuse for the unsuccessful lazy people to make as a reason they are living off of the government.

One example was a test applying to various jobs using typical white names names and obviously black names. Resumes were they exact same. The white name got an overwhelmingly larger response rate.

Coming from a minority, white privilege is false and a stupid excuse for individual faults. Systematic racism is not fricken real. I am of Indian (dot, not feather) descent and we have far more "privilege" than the average white person (based on the SJW definition of privilege).
