What Is The Worst Scene You Ever Witnessed In Person?

For me it was seeing someone right after they blew their brains out.

I seen the inside of an abandoned house, in the middle of the day (it was obvious people were staying in it at night). The floor was covered with needles, broken glass pipes, etc, but the saddest part of it all was the dirty diapers.

The fact that a kid or kids were brought into that environment was disturbing.

At a HS football game I saw a kickoff returner get hit so hard... It was a sound I never heard before. And it was like as soon as the kid got hit his body went limp. He was taken off the field on a stretcher, but I thought the kid was dead at first. Its not the worst, but its just something off the top of my head.
