I did a little search on the worst fast food items. Surprised to see no McDonalds on the list. They must have paid for the survey. Id think a Big Mac would make the list

LINK

1-Chicken Pot Pie – Kentucky Fried Chicken
2. Cinnabon Delights – Taco Bell
3. Dave’s Triple – Wendy’s
4. Big King Sandwich – Burger King
5. Meat Lover’s, Personal Pan Pizza – Pizza Hut ( Damnit)
6. Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Sandwich – Wendy’s
7. Triple Whopper With Cheese – Burger King
8. Double SmokeShack Burger – Shake Shack
9. Large French Fries – Five Guys
10. White Hot Chocolate, Venti – Starbucks
11. Grande Scrambler Burrito, Sausage – Taco Bell
12. Baconator – Wendy’s
13. Large Italian Meatball Sub – Quiznos

The cheese fries with ranch dressing at Outback won this award I believe. It's far and away the worst thing you can eat at a mainstream restaurant.

A honey bun.

I ate at least one everyday between the ages of 4 and 20. Probably missed a couple of days but I more than made up for it on other days

Used to wake up every night around 3am and walk to the kitchen to eat a honey bun and drink a Mountain Dew and then go right back to sleep. Hardly even knew I was awake

Just to add about cokes:

A Krispy Kreme glazed donut has 190 calories and 10 grams of sugar. 11 grams of fat and 2 grams of protein.

You'd need to eat four donuts to equal the amount of sugar in one 12 oz coke. And some people down cokes multiple times a day.

Worst food doesn't mean the most calories. If you could shove 20,000 calories of blueberries down your gullet, that's worse for you than 2000 calories of mountain dew.

The donut was just an example of a fat + high glycemic carbohydrate. There are tons of other examples. A mound of cheese fries. Is that better for you?

The human body does not process fat and sugars well. It doesn't occur in nature.

A double decker bacon burger with three donuts at least has fat and protein to offset the sugar.

offset?

You have no idea what you're talking about.

If the average person changed out 4 cokes a day for ice water and lemon that's a reduction of 560 calories a day and 3920 calories a week which is over a lb of lost weight every single week assuming the rest of the diet stays the same.

I got a big white honeybun months back. 730 calories. Pound for pound that has to be near the top.

I believe it is equivalent to a chocolate covered cream filled donut.
