Was asked this question on an interview recently (yes I got it right), the interviewer said he uses it to see how people think. He said most people either get it wrong or need some help, what does the OT think?

I looked at the URL of the pic you're trying to post. I don't think you can link directly from an email account, you need to post it to an image hosting site and use that link.
