People are fricking stupid

While it indeed looks silly if a person is running several errands in a row by leaving the mask on they lower the risk of contamination by removing and replacing the mask or touching their face with their hands especially when they don't have the opportunity to wash them.

There were people at the pool today wearing. In the pool.

One old guy took his granddaughter up to the slide and followed her down. I was near the bottom waiting for my son. This old guy came screaming down the slide, mask on, and naturally took a face full of water when he hit the pool. I pondered a good minute on the fact that this stupid a-hole waterboarded himself. At a neighborhood pool that was maybe 20% capacity.
