Hawaii is further south than Florida.
I’ve lived in FL, went to school in MS, and traveled through & know people in GA. The worst by far is Florida north of I-4.

As I move around the country more, I am beginning to realize this isn't much of a slight. I NEVER had anything stolen, had my house broken into, had my mail taken, etc. in Alabama. If that is backwards to some, so be it. I would much rather live in the land of backwardness than the few other stops I've made.

There is no most southern state... It’s regional and the low country of South Carolina and Georgia, and the white people in the Delta is the correct answer.
