That shite catches up, water doesn't solve it either, the older you get the longer the recovery.

Gold Rush AZ... two consecutive nightss of candy flip plus sass....... then got convinced to go to Sunday funday, complete with a giant pile of baking powder.

Was in a haze for a week. To top it off, on Monday I had to work so I took half of an adderall(or so I thought) in the morning. Turned out it was half an ambien. Uuuugggghhhhhhh

Day 28 of not smoking after 15+ years
Right before then I cold turkey quit taking my ADHD medicine

I have gained an easy 5 pounds since
The stress & constant hunger cannot be worse than the cigarettes but I’m sticking with it

ETA

I’m not nearly as much fun as the rest of y’all

Damm dude. That's pretty fricking extreme. You are lucky to be alive.

I was airlifted too, from the initial hospital I was brought to.

I remember waking up on the helicopter and seeing the roof of it, and thinking to myself.."how many other people have seen this roof before slipping off into death?". Sobered me up though and I've been clean from everything except pot and the occasional drink for over 2 years now.

The worst part was seeing what my immediate family went though. Was way more than anything I was physically feeling. And the $21,000 transportation bill.

Holy shite. I know its not that cheap to be airlifted, but didn't know it cost $21k.

I don’t think it was called Firestone when I used to go there. I was a Kingfish, Outer Limits, the Plaza, Mako’s, Nightcaps and even Intersection in New Iberia. Then every now and then we’d roll out and take I-10 straight to Kenny’s Key West for a few hours before the BBQ Chicken on Sunday mornings.
