The panhandle is pretty bad, followed by the gumps, and all of Mississippi except the coast

Outside of NO they're just as bad as any other southern state.
Same with Georgia. Outside of Atlanta Georgia is just as bad as any other southern state. Rural Georgia might not look as bad as rural Mississippi but it's easily as trashy, some the biggest and worst rednecks I've ever met were from rural Georgia.
