Dale Earnhardt turning right at Daytona. Ken Schrader was the first one to his car, but was visibly shaken at the sight. He still won’t describe what he viewed through the window, but I can only imagine it was gruesome.

I believe there was a concert goer in Chicago that died on a CTA track. Story was he walked on the tracks to get a selfie and made contact with the electrified third rail.

I worked at Enterprise in Slidell around 98-99. There was a closed restaurant by our office. We were working one day and all of a sudden there were cops everywhere. Turns out someone had broken in through a stove vent on the roof. They got wedged in and couldn't get out. They had been dead for an unknown amount of time. I think only bones and clothes were left ifvi remember correctly. The remains were found when someone was doing an inspection.

Contractor at alliance in port sulphur a few years back slipped into the cooling water tank and got sucked into the piping. Still blows my mind. Wasn’t there but heard about it

I never want to visit Mexico after this story.
A man who either fell or jumped off the roof of his moving Mercedes-Benz in Scottsdale has been identified as an acclaimed chief financial officer for Phoenix whose struggles with a parasite might have caused his behavior Wednesday.
contracted the illness a couple of years ago while on vacation in Mexico and his wife, Karlene, told city officials "she believes the parasite impaired his frontal lobe inhibition, said Toni Maccarone, a Phoenix spokeswoman.
Witnesses told police the car was going about 40 mph when he got on the roof. Wednesday, police said the car was traveling 50 mph.

In an old forensic medicine book, a guy (and they had a photo) committed suicide by hitting himself in the head with a hatchet 37 times.

They found a man dead in his dorm closet at Texas A&M about 20 years ago. It was later discovered that he was the reigning champion of Hide and Seek. He died a winner lol. Fyi: Not a true story.

A dude where I work, his wife was driving around running errands when the metal part of a giant ratchet strap flew off a 18 wheeler on an overpass above her. Came through the windshield and hit her right in the face. Died a few days later.

What Is The Most Bizarre Death You’ve Ever Heard Of?
The death of Elisa Lam was pretty bizarre. There is a whole show about it. She was a young, Canadian tourist who went missing from the Hotel Cecil in Downtown LA back in 2013. Body turned up weeks later inside the water tank on the roof of the hotel after maintenance received complaints of low water pressure in the building. Cause of death? Accidental drowning. Too many weird circumstances to list here…but the oddness of it plus the creep factor of people in the hotel unknowingly drinking corpse water for 3 weeks makes this a top tier bizarre death in my book.

According to the show 1000 ways to die a woman died pleasuring herself with a carrot!
Supposedly she was skinning carrots and decided to use one of them for self enjoyment. The "shaved" carrot had a sharp edge and cut the lining leading to air bubble entering the blood stream and subsequent embolism.
I have serious doubts on the validity of the story but why let the truth get in the way of a good story!

Plot A nymphomaniac named Jennifer goes to a market to buy groceries. She notices a sexy stock boy in the vegetable section spraying the vegetables and becomes attracted to him, but cannot invite him over for sex since she had plans with her friends. Back at her pad, when she unpacks everything, she holds a carrot and thinks about the man back at the market. She is thinking about having sex with it and thinking it's a man's penis. In other words, she has the idea to use the carrot as her sex toy. Unfortunately, she peeled her carrot poorly, so a rough edge on the carrot slices her vaginal wall, and it created an air bubble inside her body. The air bubble went inside the heart, and Jennifer couldn't breathe. She dropped the carrot and died, sending her to Heaven.

In late 83 while working at a Chemical plant in Geismar I witnessed a plant operated boil himself by opening a steam valve too fast into a column filled with hot water. The job was nearing its end and the plant was taking over completed systems , cleaning them by steaming , and getting them ready to go into service . This particular steam loop was not complete to this column so he opened the steam to the column manually, then climbed up onto the scaffolding to look into a man way. Steam went in too fast, water in column belched out the top and covered his entire body with scalding water. The only part of his body that wasn’t burnt was under his hard hat.
When a coworker and I got him to a safety shower and tried to rinse and cool him all his skin sluffed off his body. He died about 3 days later due to pneumonia.
