I don't eat sugar (or many carbs at all) and I floss regularly. I generally eschew dumb health fads, but I actually believe in oil pulling with coconut oil. I also chew xylitol gum. With those things, brushing isn't a huge deal except to stimulate gums beyond the flossing.

Probably 16 hours on an overnight camping trip on atvs.
