How do I know about it? Saw it on TV when Hunter Biden walked in front of it leaving the courthouse after the hearing with his stripper baby-momma.

Virginia, New York and iirc N Carolina and Rhode Island ratified under the pretense that in the their State constitution they had the right at any time and for any reason to legally leave/ withdraw from the Union.

Hernando County FL still has theirs in front of the courthouse. County population is over 200,000. Built a fence around it to protect it
