Did a 5k in 16:24. Probably my best feat.

Lead every pitch up the Regular route of Fairview Dome in Tuolumne. It's more mental, but a full day of climbing none the less.

Mine is a no-brainer. I rode 100 miles on a bicycle in less than 4 hours averaging 26mph

I rode 100 miles at age 52, but averaged only 18mph, which was great for me....had been riding about 4 years, ...could not stand up afterwards..literally fell to the ground at my car and couldn't make it to the jambalaya tent for much needed food

Yeah, the charity bibs are extremely hard to get, so I was lucky. Some charities require that you raise upwards of $10k for the bib, and whatever you don't raise comes out of your own pocket.

Weekly motocross races at high noon in the summer. Damn it was hot and humid. But, I was in much better shape back then.

Hitting a 60-70 foot triple on a dirtbike. Motocross is easily the most physically demanding sport I've ever participated in. The act of hitting a huge jump isn't that physical itself (it's much more about the balls to attempt it, thus the mental aspect), but coming up just a couple feet short will take an enormous physical toll when your bones break.

I was on a bus in St. Maarten on a narrow one lane road and our passenger bus was hanging on the side of the road with half the bus hanging over the cliffs edge with an incredibly steep drop. I jumped out the back and pulled the bus back onto the rode while telling the driver to crank it up in reverse.

They all called me a hero that day & Adrenalean is a helluva natural drug!
