8 pages and no one has mentioned crack the whip yet?? You get enough kids connected and the last 2 or 3 are going to go flying across the yard when it "cracks".
Also we used to dare each other who could run through the pampus grass the most times.
Felt fine until you got in the bath later.

I think most everyone has it covered:
BB gun wars, bottle rocket wars; lighted tennis ball, red rover, jumping bikes (we once jumped over a hole that was burning gasoline), catching snakes in the coulee, tackle football in the backyard, smear the queer, , etc.....and somehow, we are all still here to talk about it.
I also forgot about riding anywhere and everywhere in the back of the pick up truck

almost forgot... shotgun shell bomb...
we would take a shotgun shell and tape a bb over the primer, and then screw a 2 foot streamer into the back of it. wrap it up good, throw it up and run like hell. it would unwed itself and hit straight down and blow out the side... made a many of these
