Lol not to mention he is trying to AVOID traffic. While downtown Covington is underrated in my opinion and the Southern is very nice, Id venture to say he needs to stay close to 12 in order to get on the road quickly.

Except they don't escape the crime and the things they try to protect their children from are in ample supply with easier accessibility than the place they were escaping from.
A lot of property crime and assaults go unreported or "reclassified"
