I would recommend you call a contractor and ask for a rough ball park price for removal and subsequent replacement for a 24ftx31ft driveway.

Being a decent contractor in the area, I can firmly offer you a price of 5k with a 2 change order maximum.

Why not just post this in your other thread? Your rainwater/flooding issue may be able to be mitigated with some PVC French drains and/or catch basins and run to the street.
Much cheaper than concrete work if it’s doable.

Concrete is roughly $100 a yard. Finishing concrete is roughly 50 cents a square foot. None of that includes the form. If you have the know how, I would recommend busting the old one up yourself and building the form yourself, just 1x4's and a stake every 2'. Have no idea what removal and forming would cost.

Between $8-$16/sqft.
You have 744 sqft, so between $6k-$12k.

Do you have any concrete ideas about how you want this job done?
Differential settlement, coarse aggregate, expansion joints, tree fiddy.

Concrete isn't
It's the labor and knowledge you pay for.

Just extended my driveway 10 x 70 and total it cost me 3000. $4.50 sq ft. I would say you’re looking at $10-12sq ft for demo and new driveway.

Concrete is cheap. Knowing how to form up, tie rebar, pour it, finish it, cut expansion joints, etc., and provide the labor to do all that in 98 degree weather so it isn't all fricked up is not cheap.
EDIT: Goddamn you, MrLarson.
