I've worked in the ER for 11 years. Gunshots, stabbings, kids dying. You name it.

The dog had diarrhea and it was all over the house. Luckily the whole house is hardwood except kitchen and bathrooms (tile).

Got black out drunk in college, threw a dead possum in the bed of my roommates pick up, and forgot I did it. He finally noticed a week later and made me clean up the rotting carcas

Chill water line that ran through the fuel tanks broke, we started pouring fuel over over the side of the ship in Bahrain, all hands on deck with eductors, sponges on ropes, and anything else we could think of to clean it up. Greenpeace was in the area.

Ruined a brand new pair of flight deck boots that day.

My aunts house in Bay St Louis after Katrina.

I'll never forget the smell of death everywhere.

I used to go into rental houses and clean them out and repaint etc. There were several that the people apparently never took the trash out. Sheds filled to the brim with garbage. One had most of the house filled too. Plus of course the full fridges that had sat for weeks after the power was cut off.

Jonestown fun fact.

Jonestown inspired the term "drinking the kool-aid".

But they drank Flavor-aid not Kool-aid.

My 2 y.o. daughter used a whole large tub of Aquaphor lotion (basically ointment/Vaseline) in her hair. It made instant slimey dreadlocks. Took many washes for a week to get it out.

Burned down apartment from a guy falling asleep smoking. Happened in the late 80's.
Also resulted in his death. The smell was putrid.

Guys used one of my Dads subdivisions as a dumping ground. So i cleaned up a dump truck of shingles, drywall and other building materials every week until we caught the a-hole,
